Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Special Appeals Chamber, composed of judges, Ina Rama as presiding judge, Sokol Çomo case rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz as members, announced the decision on case no. 34/2023, dated 20.07.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Izabela Radovani filed against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission, no. 647, dated 14.04.2023.

In conclusion of the review of the case in camera, the trial panel, pursuant to article 66, paragraph 1, item “a” of law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, unanimously ruled on:

Upholding of decision no. 647, dated 14.04.2023 of the Independent Qualification Commission, rendered for the assessee Izabela Radovani.

This decision is final and effective immediately.
