The adjudication panel, composed of judges, Luan Daci, Chairperson, and, Ardian Hajdari, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz and Sokol Çomo, members, reviewed the request of judge Ina Rama to recuse herself from the adjudication of case (JR) no. 62/2019, dated 12.12.2019, corresponding to the appeal of assessee Dhurata Haveri against decision no. 197, dated 27.09.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission, and, upon decision no. 62/3, dated 27.01.2020, by a majority vote, ruled to accept the request.
Subsequent to this decision, today, on 28.01.2020, the lot was drawn at the Appeal Chamber to substitute judge Ina Rama. Following the drawing of this lot, judge Ina Rama was substituted by judge Albana Shtylla.
