Announcement

Today on 05.02.2020 a lot was drawn at the Appeal Chamber to substitute judge Natasha Mulaj from the adjudication panel of case (JR) no. 9/2019, dated 12.02.2019, corresponding to the appeal of assessee Izet Kadana against decision no. 92, dated 20.12.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Upon decision no. 9/8, dated 04.02.2020, the adjudication panel composed of judges: Ina Rama (chairperson), Albana Shtylla, Ardian Hajdari, Luan Daci and Rezarta Schuetz, members, by a majority vote, decided to accept the recusal request of judge Natasha Mulaj.

Following the drawing of this lot, judge Natasha Mulaj was substituted by judge Ardian Hajdari.

Finally, the adjudication panel of case (JR) no. 9/2019, dated 12.02.2018, shall consist of judges:
