The adjudication panel of the Appeal Chamber, composed of judges, Presiding Judge Ardian Hajdari, case rapporteur Sokol Çomo and members Albana Shtylla, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz, delivered today the judgment on the case (JR) no. 25/2019, dated 20.05.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Arqilea Koça against decision no. 113, dated 08.03.2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
In conclusion of the review, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1 and Article 66, paragraph 1, item “b”, of Law no. 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, upon majority votes, the adjudication panel ruled on:
- Amendment of decision no.113, dated 08.03.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission, corresponding to the assessee Arqilea Koça and confirmation of the assesse in the office of the prosecutor within the Prosecution General.
- This decision is final and effective immediately
