The Appeal Chamber announces that today, on 21.12.2020, after having reviewed and deliberated in camera the case (JR) no.51/2020, dated 23.11.2020, corresponding to the appeal lodged by the assessee Alaudin Malaj against decision no.294, dated 15.09.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission, pursuant to Article F, paragraph 3 of the Annex to the Constitution, Article 4, paragraph 5 of Law no. 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, as well as based on Article 51, paragraph 1, item “b” of Law no. 49/2012 “On administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes”, as amended, decided to review the case in public hearing on Monday 11.01.2021, at 12:00.
The decision to review the case in public hearing was made to give the assessee Alaudin Malaj the opportunity to be heard and defend himself regarding his case.
