Today on 25.01.2021 a lot was drawn at the Appeal Chamber to substitute judge Luan Daci, in his capacity as member of the trial panel of case (JR) no. 55/2019, dated 29.10.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 173, dated 01.07.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee Artan Madani.
Following the lot procedures, judge Luan Daci was substituted by judge Rezarta Schuetz.
The substitution of judge Luan Daci was made due to his suspension from office upon decision no. 14 dated 24.07.2020 of the Meeting of Judges.
Finally, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 55/2019, dated 29.10.2019, shall be made of the following judges:
