On 08.04.2021, lots were drawn at the Appeal Chamber to replace judge Luan Daci, who had earlier been assigned as the rapporteur of case (JR) no. 50/2019, dated 14.10.2019 concerning the appeal filed by the Public Commissioner against decision no. 190, dated 26.07.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to assessee Ramiz Lala.
Judge Luan Daci was replaced due to his suspension from office under decision no. 14, dated 24.07.2020 of the Meeting of Judges.
After drawing lots to assign the member judge and also the case rapporteur, the adjudication panel assigned to the case (JR) no. 50/2019, dated 14.10.2019, shall be composed as follows:
