Today, on 20.04.2021, the Appeal Chamber held the lot drawing for the substitution of Judge Luan Daci, assigned as panel member on the case (JR) no. 12/2020, dated 04.03.2020 corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 224, dated 20.12.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee Astrit Kalaja.
Following the lot drawing, judge Luan Daci was substituted by judge Albana Shtylla.
The substitution of Judge Luan Daci was made due to his suspension from office upon decision no. 14, dated 24.07.2020 of the Judges’ Meeting.
Eventually, the trial panel of the case (JR) no. 12/2020, dated 04.03.2020, shall be composed of the following judges:
