- To request the Public Commissioner to submit to the Chamber, by May 10, 2022, the financial analysis for the years 2003 – 2016 in the context of the appeal grounds. Once the Chamber has administered this analysis, it will forward it to the assessee.
- As regards the denunciations, there were no facts and circumstances found valid for further investigations, whereas there was a new public denunciation filed today with the Chamber.
In order to enable the assessee to get acquainted with the financial analysis to be drafted by the Public Commissioner and to take a position with its regard, the trial panel decided to postpone the hearing on May 20, 2022, at 10:00.
