The Appeal Chamber held on 15.11.2022 the lot procedure for the replacement of Judge Natasha Mulaj, appointed as member in the case (JR) no. 55/2020, dated 07.12.2020, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Shpresa Beçaj against decision no. 270, dated 03.07.2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
The replacement of Judge Natasha Mulaj was made following the judge’s request to the recusal from the trial panel of the case, a request unanimously accepted by decision no. 15 dated 15.11.2022, of the panel composed of judges: Rezarta Schuetz (presiding), Sokol Çomo, Ina Rama, Albana Shtylla and Mimoza Tasi members.
