On 15.11.2022, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of Judge Natasha Mulaj, appointed as member in the case (JR) no. 47/2020, dated 22.10.2020, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 264, dated 17.06.2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Elona Toro.
The replacement of Judge Natasha Mulaj was carried out following the request of the assessee Elona Toro for the recusal of Judge Natasha Mulaj from the trial panel, a request accepted unanimously by decision no. 13, dated 15.11.2022, of the panel composed of judges: Mimoza Tasi (presiding), Sokol Çomo, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz and Albana Shtylla members,
