On 08.05.2023, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of judge Natasha Mulaj appointed as panel member in case (JR) no. 62/2020, dated 22.12.2020, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Artur Gaxha against decision no. 293, dated 10.09.2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
The replacement of judge Natasha Mulaj was due to the request of the assessee for the recusal of judge Natasha Mulaj from the trial panel, such request accepted unanimously by decision no. 12, dated 05.05.2023 of the trial panel composed of judges: Sokol Çomo (presiding), Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz, Albana Shtylla dhe Mimoza Tasi (members)
