The sequence hearing session to review the disciplinary proceeding against the Public Commissioner, Mr. Heral Saraçi, takes place

The Appeal Chamber developed today on March 8, 2018 the sequential hearing session to review the disciplinary proceeding against the Public Commissioner, Mr. Heral Saraçi. 

During this hearing session, the Disciplinary Commission examined the evidence submitted by the Public Commissioner.   

Further in the course of hearing session, the Investigating Judge, Mrs. Natasha Mulaj presented the final conclusions.

The hearing session was postponed to Friday, March 09, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. to hear the final conclusions of the Public Commissioner, Mr. Heral Saraçi.
