Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Rezarta Schuetz presiding, Ina Rama rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Natasha Mulaj, Sokol Çomo members, announced the decision on the case (JR) no. 38/2021, dated 14.07.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Gentiana Xhelili against decision no. 369, dated 21.04.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

At the end of the trial in the chambers, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 66, paragraph 1 (b), of Law No. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, by a majority vote, decided:

1. Amendment of decision no. 369, dated 21.04.2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission and the confirmation in office of the assessee Gentiana Xhelili.

2. This decision is final and effective immediately.
