The trial panel of the Special Appeal Chamber, composed of judges Rezarta Schuetz as presiding judge, Mimoza Tasi as case rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Natasha Mulaj as members, announced the decision on case no. 35/2023, dated 24.07.2023, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Lazër Sallaku filed against decision of the Independent Qualification Commission no. 667, dated 26.05.2023.
In conclusion of the adjudication of the case in camera, pursuant to article 66, paragraph 1, item “a” of law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, the trial panel, unanimously ruled on:
– Upholding of decision no. 667, dated 26.05.2023 of the Independent Qualification Commission, pertaining to the assessee, Lazër Sallaku.
– This decision is final and immediately effective.
