The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Albana Shtylla presiding, Mimoza Tasi rapporteur, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo members, announced the decision on case no. 83/2021, dated 24.12.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Semiramis Hoxholli against decision no. 452, dated 24.09.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.
At the conclusion of the trial in chambers, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 6 of Law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, and Article 50, letter ‘d’, of Law no. 49/2012 “On administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes”, as amended, by a majority vote, decided:
– Overruling decision no. 452, dated 24.09.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission (corrected by decision 452/1, dated 02.12.2021), related to the assessee Semiramis Hoxholli and the dismissal of the trial of the case.
– This decision is final and effective immediately.
