Today, on 27.02.2025, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber held the hearing in chambers of case (JR) 22/2022, dated 09.05.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Violeta Shkurta against decision no. 514, dated 28.02.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
The trial panel, in order for the Legal Service Unit to prepare an additional economic report, decided to postpone the hearing to 13.03.2025, at 13:30.
The hearing in chambers shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
