Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Albana Shtylla presiding, Ina Rama rapporteur, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo members, considered in chambers case no. 17-3/2021 (JR), dated 14.12.2022, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Bilbil Mete for the revision of decision no. 9 (JR), dated 23.03.2021 of the Appeal Chamber.

Following the consideration of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1, of the Civil Procedure Code, by a majority vote, decided:

– Non-acceptance of the petition of the petitioner Bilbil Mete for the revision of decision no. 9 (JR), dated 23.03.2021 of the Appeal Chamber.
