The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges Sokol Çomo, presiding, Albana Shtylla rapporteur, Ina Rama, Mimoza Tasi, Natasha Mulaj, members, announced the decision on case no. 12/2022, dated 17.02.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Arqile Basho against decision no. 486, dated 15.12.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.
At the conclusion of the trial in camera, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 6 of Law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, Article 64, paragraph 1 (c) of Law no. 96/2016 “On the status of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, and Article 95 of the Administrative Procedures Code, by a majority vote, decided:
- Termination of the transitional re-evaluation process for the assessee Arqile Basho without a final decision on the case, as the object and purpose of this process have become impossible.
