The Appeal Chamber opened on 17.07.2025, at 09:30, the public hearing of case (JR) 7/2023, dated 14.02.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 605, dated 21.12.2022 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Armida Hamiti (Moçka).
The presiding judge declared that given the failure of the trial panel to be formed properly, due to the objective incapacity of one of the judges to be present, the announcement of the final decision on this case, scheduled for today’s hearing, shall be postponed to 22.07.2025, at 09:30.
The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
