Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Special Appeals Chamber, composed of judges, Sokol Çomo as presiding judge, Ina Rama case rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Natasha Mulaj as members, announced the decision on case no. 22/2024, dated 07.06.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Milan Laskaj filed against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission, no. 748, dated 27.03.2024.

In conclusion of the review of the case in camera, the trial panel, pursuant to article 66, paragraph 1, item “b” of law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, unanimously ruled on:

Amendment of decision no. 748, dated 27.03.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission and confirmation in office of the assessee Milan Laskaj.

This decision is final and effective immediately.
