Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Special Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Rezarta Schuetz, presiding, Mimoza Tasi, rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Natasha Mulaj, members, considered in camera case (JR) no. 56 – 18/ 2018, dated 24.04.2023, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Adriatik Cama for the revision of decision (JR) no. 5, dated 18.02.2019 of the Special Appeal Chamber.

Following the review of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, unanimously decided:

Non-acceptance of the petition of Mr. Adriatik Cama for the revision of decision (JR) no. 5, dated 18.02.2019 of the Special Appeal Chamber.
