Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Special Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Albana Shtylla presiding, Natasha Mulaj rapporteur, Mimoza Tasi, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo members, considered in camera case (JR) nr. 49 – 31/ 2018, dated 19.04.2023, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Bujar Hoti for the revision of decision (JR) no. 22, dated 16.09.2019 of the Special Appeal Chamber.

Following the review of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, by a majority vote, decided:

Non-acceptance of the petition of Mr. Bujar Hoti for the revision of decision (JR) no. 22, dated 16.09.2019 of the Special Appeal Chamber.
