Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Special Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Natasha Mulaj presiding, Sokol Çomo rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz members, considered in camera case (JR) no. 22 – 43/ 2019, dated 10.02.2024, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Shkëlzen Cena for the revision of decision (JR) no. 36, dated 16.12.2020 of the Special Appeal Chamber.

Following the review of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, unanimously, decided:

Non-acceptance of the petition of Mr. Shkëlzen Cena for the revision of decision (JR) no. 36, dated 16.12.2020 of the Special Appeal Chamber.
