The Adjudication Panel of the Appeal Chamber, chaired by Mr. Ardian Hajdari, rapporteur Mr. Luan Daci and members Ms. Ina Rama, Ms. Rezarta Schuetz and Mr. Sokol Çomo, today, on 26.07.2018, in counseling chambers,  based on Article 66 / 1 – a of Law 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, unanimously decided:

To uphold decision no. 14 dated 13.04.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission on the assessee Besim Trezhnjeva. This decision is final, definite and enforceable. This Decision may be appealed with the European Court of Human Rights. Pronounced today, on 26 July 2018, in Tirana
