The adjudication panel of the Appeal Chamber, chaired by Ms. Albana Shtylla, rapporteur  Ms.Ina Rama and members Mr. Luan Daci, Ms. Natasha Mulaj and Ms. Rezarta Schuetz, today, on 25.09.2018, reviewed in counselling chambers, based on documents, the appeal of the assessee Mr. Fatmir Hoxha against decision no. 18, dated 10.05.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

At the end of the adjudication, pursuant to Article 66, paragraph 1, item ‘a’ of Law no. 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of the judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, the Appeal Chamber, upon its majority of votes, decided:

  1. To uphold decision no. 18, dated 10.05.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commissions related to the assessee Mr. Fatmir Hoxha.
  2. This decision is final and enters into force immediately.
  3. Announced today on 09.2018.

 

The Appeal Chamber shall publish the full reasoned decision within 30 days from its announcement.
