Today, on March 18, 2019, the Appeal Chamber reviewed in camera case (JR) no.20/2018, dated 17.10.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Ms. Rovena Gashi against decision no.48, dated 25.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission, and decided to hold the review of this case in a public hearing with the presence of the parties, to take place on Thursday, 04.04.2019, at 10:00h.

Pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 1, item ‘a’, of Law no.49/2012, “On Administrative Courts and Adjudication of Administrative Disputes”, as amended, the adjudication panel, composed of judges, chairperson, Albana Shtylla, rapporteur, Luan Daci, and members, Ardian Hajdari, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo, issued the interim decision on the review of the case in a public hearing related to a finding of the International Monitoring Operation, forwarded to the Appeal Chamber via document no.321 prot, dated 14.03.2019, and registered with the AC upon no.357 prot, dated 15.03.2019.

The hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
