On 14.02.2025, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to replace Judge Natasha Mulaj as a panel member in case (JR) no. 41/2024, dated 21.10.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 762, dated 15.05.2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Afrim Shehu.
The replacement of Judge Natasha Mulaj was following the request of the assessee Afrim Shehu for her recusal from the trial of the case, such a request accepted by decision no. 8, dated 13.02.2025, by the trial panel composed of judges: Ina Rama (presiding), Sokol Çomo, Rezarta Schuetz, Albana Shtylla and Mimoza Tasi (members).
Following the lot procedure to appoint the member judge, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 41/2024, dated 21.10.2021, shall consist of the following judges:
