Announcement

Today, on 28.05.2019, the lot was drawn at the Appeal Chamber to substitute the member of the adjudication panel, judge Natasha Mulaj, from the review of case (JR) no. 34/2018, dated 13.11.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 62, dated 03.08.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the re-evaluation of the assessee Mr. Artur Malaj. Following the drawing of the lot, judge Natasha Mulaj was substituted by judge Luan Daci.

The request for the recusal of judge Natasha Mulaj was unanimously accepted upon decision no.34/2, dated 27.05.2019 of the adjudication panel composed of judges: Chairperson, Albana Shtylla, and members, Ina Rama, Luan Daci, Rezarta Schuetz and Sokol Çomo.
