The Appeal Chamber held on 09.06.2025, at 10:00, the public hearing of case (JR) 36/2023, dated 26.07.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Hyrjet Lamaj against decision no. 668, dated 26.05.2023 of the Independent Qualification Commission.
The trial panel heard the assessee as he submitted through his legal representative his explanations regarding the way the property apartment with a surface area of 94 m², located in the city of Vlora was created. The legal representative held that the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission, no. 668, dated 26.05.2023 is unfounded in facts and law and requested the trial panel, after taking into account the full explanations on the lawfulness of the property subject to consideration, to make a fair, impartial, evidence-based decision.
To the purpose of the examination of the case, the assessee responded to several questions of the case rapporteur.
When requested by the presiding judge regarding the final request, the assessee demanded the amendment of decision no. 668, dated 26.05.2023 of the Independent Qualification Commission and his confirmation in office.
The trial panel decided to close the judicial review of the case and withdrew in chambers to make the final decision, which it shall announce on 11.06.2025, at 10:00.
The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
