On 23.12.2025, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to replace Judge Natasha Mulaj, appointed as panel member in case (JR) no. 21/2024, dated 06.06.2024, pertaining to appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 743, dated 19.03.2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee Gentian Hamiti.
The replacement of Judge Natasha Mulaj was made following the request of the assessee Gentian Hamiti for the recusal of the judge from the trial of the case, such a request accepted by decision no. 30, dated 19.12.2025, by the panel consisting of judges: Rezarta Schuetz (presiding), Sokol Çomo, Ina Rama, Albana Shtylla and Mimoza Tasi (members).
Following the lot procedure, for the appointment of the member judge, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 21/2024, dated 06.06.2024, shall consist of the following judges:
