The Appeal Chamber announces that on Tuesday, 27.01.2026, at 10:00, a plenary hearing shall take place on the basis of documents for the case (JD) 1/2022, dated 03.05.2024, with appellant Mimoza Margjeka, against decision no. 180, dated 09.04.2024 of the High Judicial Council, with interested parties the High Inspector of Justice and the High Judicial Council.
