On 04.03.2026, the Special Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to replace Judge Mimoza Tasi, appointed as rapporteur in case no. 50-3/2019 (JR), dated 20.04.2023, pertaining to the request of the petitioner Entela Prifti, with subject: Revision of decision no. 34, dated 02.12.2019 of the Special Appeal Chamber.

The replacement of Judge Mimoza Tasi was made following the judge’s request to recuse from the trial of the case, a request accepted by decision no. 20, dated 03.03.2026, by the trial panel consisting of judges: Natasha Mulaj (presiding), Sokol Çomo, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz and Albana Shtylla (members).

Following the drawing of lot, for the appointment of the member judge and then, for the rapporteur, the trial panel of case no. 50-3/2019 (JR), dated 20.04.2023, shall consist of the following judges:

Presiding: Sokol Çomo

Rapporteur: Rezarta Schuetz

Members: Natasha Mulaj, Ina Rama, Albana Shtylla
