On 04.03.2026, the Special Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to replace Judge Natasha Mulaj, appointed as a member in case no. 31-25/2018 (JR), dated 29.03.2023, pertaining to the request of the petitioner Bledar Abdullai, with subject: Revision of the final decision no. 13, dated 20.06.2019 of the Special Appeal Chamber.
The replacement of Judge Natasha Mulaj was made following the request of the petitioner Bledar Abdullai for the recusal of the judge from the trial of the case, a request accepted by decision no. 21, dated 03.03.2026, by the trial panel consisting of judges: Rezarta Schuetz (presiding), Sokol Çomo, Ina Rama, Albana Shtylla and Mimoza Tasi (members).
Following the drawing of the lot, for the appointment of the member judge, the trial panel of case no. 31-25/2018 (JR), dated 29.03.2023, shall consist of the following judges:
