Announcement

On 19.12.2019, the Administrative Court of Appeal filed a case with the Appeal Chamber, with parties: suitor: Tom Dedaj; respondents: High Prosecutorial Council and General Prosecution office, as, upon its decision no. 229, dated 22.10.2019, this court decided: “Declaring lack of functional competence of the Administrative Court of Appeal in reviewing items 1, 2, 3 and 9 of the object of lawsuit of the suitor Tom Dedaj and submission of the acts to the Appeal Chamber”.

The object of the case is: Annulment of the decision of dismissal from office of the prosecutor Tom Dedaj; Return to the previous office of the prosecutor in Dibra Judicial District prosecution office; Provision of payment due from 28.01.2019 onward. Suspension of the decision of the High Prosecutorial Council until the termination of the adjudication of this case.

The lot was drawn on 20.12.2019 to assign the rapporteur and members of the preliminary review Chamber.
