Announcement on the resumption of judicial and administrative activity of the Appeal Chamber

On Monday, 01.06.2020, the Meeting of the Judges of the Appeal Chamber decided to repeal its decision no. 6, dated 11.03.2020, upon which the activity of the Chamber was limited due to the situation created by the COVID-19 virus.

The Appeal Chamber announces that pursuant to normative act no. 21, dated 27.05.2020 of the Council of Ministers, “On some amendments to the normative act no. 9, dated 25.03.2020 of the Council of Ministers “On taking special measures in the field of judicial activity during the duration of the epidemic situation caused by COVID-19 infection”, resumes its judicial and administrative activity, observing the protection measures against the spread of COVID-19, adopted according to the instructions of the relevant state authorities.
