On 02.11.2021, the Appeal Chamber has registered the case JD no. 11/2021, with applicant Edmond Kasmi and object:
Abrogation of decision no. 201/4 prot., dated 26.05.2021 of the High Inspector of Justice. The obligation of the High Inspector of Justice to initiate the investigation for Magistrate I. T., Member of the High Judicial Council, Tirana. Suspension of magistrate I. T., member of the High Judicial Council according to the provisions of the Constitution.
