The Appeal Chamber held on 11.05.2022, the hearing in chambers of case (JR) 14/2020, dated 01.06.2020, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Anila Guri against decision no. 184, dated 19.07.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission.
After considering the case in camera, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 1 (b) of Law no. 49/2012 “On administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes”, in order to ascertain correctly and fully of the factual situation of the case under consideration, decided to consider the case in a public hearing.
The court debate is necessary in order for the assessee Anila Guri provides explanations regarding the property, apartment located in Tirana, the Mercedes Benz vehicle, purchased in 2016, as well as other issues related to the asset assessment criterion.
The public hearing shall take place on 01.06.2022, at 10.00.
