The Appeal Chamber announces that pursuant to Article 179, paragraph 7, of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, Article 5, paragraph 3 of Law no. 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, Articles 1, paragraph 2, 32, 38, paragraph 2, 39, paragraph 1 (a) and (c), of Law no. 8577, dated 10.02.2000 “On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, Article 312, first paragraph, of the Civil Procedure Code, on Tuesday, 28.03.2023, at 16:00, it shall consider in a plenary session in chambers, the correction of the errors in writing of the reasoning part of decision no. 1, dated 20.02.2023, of the Appeal Chamber, related to the appellant Shkëlqim Kokona.
