On 31.03.2023, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of Judge Sokol Çomo, appointed as panel member in case (JR) no. 5/2023, dated 03.02.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Eugen Papandile against decision no. 591, dated 23.11.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
The replacement of judge Sokol Çomo was made following the judge’s recusal request, such a request accepted unanimously upon decision no. 10 dated 29.03.2023, by the panel composed of judges: Rezarta Schuetz (presiding), Natasha Mulaj, Ina Rama, Albana Shtylla and Mimoza Tasi (members),
