Today, on 03.04.2023, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber opened the hearing in chambers of case (JR) 63/2020, dated 22.12.2020, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Neritan Cena against decision no. 304, dated 06.10.2020, of Independent Qualification Commission.
Due to objective reasons, the court decided to adjourn the hearing to 13.04.2023, at 10:00.
The hearing in chambers will take place in the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
