Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, composed of judges, Albana Shtylla presiding, Ina Rama rapporteur, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo members, announced the decision on case (JR) no. 32/2021, dated 11.06.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Bledar Maksuti against decision no. 367, dated 16.04.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

At the conclusion of the trial in chambers, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 66, paragraph 1 (b) of Law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, by a majority vote, decided :

1. Amendment of decision no. 367, dated 16.04.2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission and the confirmation in office of assessee Bledar Maksuti.

2. This decision is final and effective immediately.
