Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges Ina Rama, presiding, Rezarta Schuetz rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Sokol Çomo, members, announced the decision on case (JR) no. 18/2021, dated 14.04.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Mariana Shegani (Dedi) against decision no. 350, dated 23.02.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

At the conclusion of the adjudication, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 66, paragraph 1 (b) of Law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, upon a majority vote, decided:

– Amendment of decision no. 350, dated 23.02.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission, and confirmation in office of the assessee, Ms. Mariana Shegani (Dedi).

– This decision is final and effective immediately.
