The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Sokol Çomo presiding, Rezarta Schuetz rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Mimoza Tasi members, considered in chambers case no. 1 – 20/2019 (JR), dated 07.01.2022, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Artan Bajrami for the revision of decision no. 11 (JR), dated 03.07.2020 of the Appeal Chamber.
Following the consideration of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1, of the Civil Procedure Code, unanimously decided:
– Non-acceptance of the petition of the petitioner Artan Bajrami for the revision of decision no. 11 (JR), dated 03.07.2020 of the Appeal Chamber.
