Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges Natasha Mulaj, presiding, Rezarta Schuetz, rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Sokol Çomo, members, considered in camera case no. 46 – 2/ 2019 (JR), dated 18.04.2023, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Ramadan Troci for the revision of decision no. 26, dated 21.10.2019 of the Appeal Chamber.

Following the consideration of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1, of the Civil Procedure Code, unanimously decided:

– Dismissal of petition of the petitioner Ramadan Troci for the revision of decision no. 26, dated 21.10.2019 of the Appeal Chamber.
