Announcement of decision

The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges Natasha Mulaj presiding, Ina Rama rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo members, considered in camera case no. 26 – 38/ 2018 (JR), dated 24.02.2023, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Ahmet Jangulli for the revision of decision no. 30 (JR), dated 18.11.2019 of the Appeal Chamber.

Following the consideration of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1, of the Civil Procedure Code, unanimously decided:

Non-acceptance of the petitions of Mr. Ahmet Jangulli with no. 270 Prot., dated 24.02.2023 and no. 47/4 Prot., dated 18.12.2024, with subject, the revision of decision no. 30, dated 18.11.2019 of the Appeal Chamber.
