The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges Ina Rama, presiding, Rezarta Schuetz rapporteur, Mimoza Tasi, Natasha Mulaj, Sokol Çomo members, continued the hearing in camera, with the aim of making a final decision, of case (JR) no. 19/2023, dated 18.05.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner, with assessee Laurent Fuçia, against decision no. 632, dated 08.03.2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, following the announcement of the results of the final exam by the School of Magistrates.
At the conclusion of the trial, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, of Law no. 84/2016, “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, by a majority vote, decided:
- Confirmation in office of the assessee Laurent Fuçia.
This decision is final and effective immediately.
