Announcement of decision

 

The trial panel of the Special Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Mimoza Tasi, presiding, Albana Shtylla rapporteur, Ina Rama, Natasha Mulaj, Sokol Çomo members, considered in camera case (JR) no. 55 – 4/ 2018, dated 24.04.2023, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Fatos Lulo for the revision of decision (JR) no. 3, dated 17.07.2018 of the Special Appeal Chamber.

Following the review of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, unanimously, decided:

Non-acceptance of the petition of Mr. Fatos Lulo for the revision of decision (JR) no. 3, dated 17.07.2018 of the Special Appeal Chamber.
