The trial panel of the Special Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges, Sokol Çomo presiding, Mimoza Tasi rapporteur, Ina Rama, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz members, considered in camera case (JR) no. 54 – 11/ 2018, dated 24.04.2023, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Luan Kaloçi for the revision of decision (JR) no. 8, dated 23.10.2018 of the Special Appeal Chamber.
Following the review of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Code, unanimously, decided:
