The first hearing to review the disciplinary proceeding against the Public Commissioner, Mr. Heral Saraçi takes place

The Appeal Chamber commenced today at noon the first hearing session to review the disciplinary proceeding against the Public Commissioner, Mr. Heral Saraci.

The Investigating Judge, Mrs. Natasha Mulaj, based on investigation report results presented arguments upon which relied investigation report conclusions on the disciplinary misconducts doubted on commission by the Public Commissioner, Mr. Heral Saraçi.

The hearing session was postponed to Wednesday, March 07, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., on the Public Commissioner request to be provided with the opportunity to be defended by a lawyer.
